Plans and pricing

Prices are in USD. Paid plans renew monthly, or every 30 days through Shopify,
and start with a 7-day free trial. Allowances are per month.

Starter is called Basic in the Shopify App Store. Current prices are early
bird pricing and may change.

What counts

A ticket counts when it is created in your billing period. Imported history,
automatic mail (bounces, auto-replies, list mail) and tickets marked as spam do
not count. Marking a ticket as spam lowers the count, but a block already
charged is not refunded.

A message is a customer message you receive or a reply that is sent, written by
a teammate, the AI or an automation. Internal notes, unsent drafts, imported
history and automatic mail do not count. Messages on a spam ticket still count.

Going over

A block is 500 tickets and 1,500 messages for $29. Starter includes one block,
Pro three.

• Paying by card: once you pass either allowance, another block ($29) is
  charged automatically for the rest of the period. The next period starts at
  the base price.
• Billed through Shopify: nothing is charged automatically. Settings →
  Billing asks you to switch to a larger plan.
• Free: you are never charged. Settings → Billing asks you to choose a
  plan to continue.

How you pay

• Installed from the Shopify App Store: Shopify Billing, on your Shopify
  invoice. Choose a plan in Settings → Billing; change or cancel it in your
  Shopify admin. Uninstalling the app cancels it.
• Everyone else: card. Switch plans in Settings → Billing; Manage
  Subscription there handles your card, invoices and cancellation. Prices
  exclude sales tax or VAT where it applies.

One subscription covers the workspace, and all connected stores count
together. With several Shopify stores, each can hold a plan and they add up.

Enterprise

Enterprise has custom terms, priced per agreement. Contact
